Expression Sessions begin with a guided meditation in our Salt Therapy Room, fostering inspiration and creativity. Engaging in intentional therapeutic art not only promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and comfort but also serves as a creative outlet for processing emotions and grief. Through painting, drawing, crafting, and other mediums, we uncover unconscious emotions and bring them to light on canvas. Art nourishes the soul and quiets the mind, offering a sanctuary for personal expression and healing.

This is a donation-based event with a sliding range from $10-$25.

Intentional release work during the Full Moon helps you let go of what holds you back and find solutions for positive change and growth. Under the Full Moon's power, we'll guide you through Yogic Chakra Balancing, Energetic Manifestation Meditation, Sacred Sound Healing, and a celebratory Cacao Ceremony to seal in the practice.

Aligning our chakras creates an energetic shift, making manifestation more powerful and energy able to flow. By releasing old habits and reflecting with intention in the healing space of sound and the Full Moon, we become better able to serve ourselves and those around us.

Join us on the last Friday of every month for The Cuddle Puddle: A Platonic Intimacy Experience. This experience is a participatory, immersive, and facilitated workshop in which we create a nurturing container for safety, consent, and boundaries. The Cuddle Puddle was created: to help heal our community through a collaborative social happening, rooted in values of respect, vulnerability, and care. The importance of touch in our culture has been undervalued, and the lasting effects of social isolation is seen in the mental well-being of our communities. Together we will foster a warm, inviting, and healing environment for us to share in this unique event.

Recovery Dharma is a peer-led movement and community that is unified by our trust in the potential of each of us to recover and find freedom from the suffering of addiction. This is a mediation focused, Buddhist priciple based recovery support Sangha in Old Colorado City.

We currently hold meetings every Monday, Thursday & Friday at 6:30pm at our Wellness Center. This meet-up is free, however we do accept donations for our Sangha group if you feel called to give a heart based contribution.

Our “Salt Brunch Sunday” is a nourishing social gathering that promises to elevate your Sunday morning and fill your soul. Join us on the last Sunday of every month for an open-topic Recovery Dharma meeting in our Salt Room, featuring a 45-minute Halotherapy session followed by a donation-based brunch. Bring something to share, make a donation, or simply join us for some social nourishment.

This free Sober Salt Brunch is open to anyone interested in overcoming addiction. If you seek positive community & connection, this event is for you!
